Had such wonderful experience, overall remarkable place.
Exceptional staff, unbeatable location, bang-up rooms. Perfect bed and an absolutely gorgeous view. Easy check-in and TOP NOTCH service. Had access to its wifi, it was complimentary.

Actually everything was superb, my side by side choice again in Covington. Efficient staff, outstanding service, spotlessly make clean and fashioned room. Hotel was fairly clean. Plus it had a worth every penny view. The area was very comfortable, an interesting place for me.

It would accept been nice to have more seating available for the gratis breakfast. It got a lilliputian busy and tables/chairs were hard to come by. The pool was dainty to have, just it was pretty chilly because information technology was indoors.

Breakfast was very practiced! Indoor puddle was great since it rained nearly of our stay. Front desk-bound staff was very nice. Loved that the mattresses and box springs had mattress protectors to continue bed bugs abroad!
Room was dusty. Mirrors, wall frames, bed headboards, telephone, the height of the a/c compartment and lamps inside the room needed to be dusted. Needed vacuuming in the hallway and room. Not too dirty, peradventure it was merely the cleaning person we had when we were at that place. Web along the ceiling and wall, in the room and bathroom. Huge spider on window drapery, over again if room would have been dusted and vacuumed perhaps the spider would take been killed earlier nosotros saw it in the center of the night. It was shut and piece of cake to go to Cincinnati. Plus the prices were lower then the other hotels. We simply always stay at Hamptons when we travel and this ane wasn't as updated every bit the others!

Great location. Nice staff. Decent pool. Close to great restaurants and confined and liquor stores.
Breakfast could be better. Eggs were disgusting and so was the fruit. Other than that, more often than not proficient. Carpet in room was sort of gummy in bare feet. Non sure if that was a production of humidity or cleaners or a combination merely it was not pleasant.
